A clean slate every morning
We start with a clean slate every morning. Our employees spend time wiping down all work surfaces to ensure the health and safety of everyone on the farm. Hygiene also keeps our yummy mushrooms safe for your tummy! We then prepare our baskets and get ready for harvest.

Our employees take the utmost care when it comes to harvesting our mushrooms. Each mushroom is treated with all the gentle care and love it deserves.
Bringing our mushrooms to your dining table.
Packing our mushrooms can be such a therapeutic thing to do. After harvest, we weigh and gently trim the mushrooms. They then get cleaned and sorted for packaging, ready for you to bring them home. If you’re lucky, you might just catch our lovely employees selling these babies at the next farmers’ market! Come say hi!
